I finally got my DR-HO'S Abtrimmer colon cleanser today and I'm drinking the tea as I type. I must say, this tea is very nice and I feel nice and relaxed. I am hoping I can get the same results as the people I've read about on discussion boards and on their website. If the rest of the program is as easy as the tea this will be a breeze. I'll let everyone know if that's the case in the upcoming days.
I read in Oprah's magazine that in order to achieve your goal you must announce your intentions to the world (friends and family) so that it's harder to quit. So here today I am announcing my goal of losing 15 pounds in 30days. Wish me luck!

Gotta get skinny

I can't believe Christmas is just around the corner. Have my first of many Christmas parties coming up. The first one is Jim's company party and I'm a little worried because I've put on a couple pounds since last Christmas and don't wanna make Jim look bad in his ultra competitve workplace. As most of you know, I've had this wicked problem with cravings for chocolate this year and can't seem to control it. My doctor told me to cut back as I'm already prone to Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Anyways, I'll worry about that after all this partying is over and done with. Wish me luck on tuesday, we should have a great time and I hope I'm not the only one whose a tiny bit chubbier this year.
